Do you offer payment plans?

Typically, this involves an initial deposit to secure your plot(s), followed by monthly installments spread over a period of 6 to 12 months (terms vary by project). This allows you to secure prime value today while paying at your own pace.

What documents do I receive after payment?

You receive a full set of legal indentures and site plans.

Once payment is completed, Adonai Estate issues:

  • 3 copies of your Indenture (Lease Agreement)
  • 3 copies of the Site Plan certified by a surveyor

We also assist with the barcoding and registration process at the Lands Commission to ensure your title is legally secured in your name.
